Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Client Transfer Specialist for our Personal Investor clients. You will manage onboarding and ownership changes, build trusted relationships, and guide clients through their investment journey with Vanguard’s products and services.

The role requires FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses and 1–3 years in financial services, with a hybrid work arrangement and a base salary range of $65,000–$80,000.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Personal Investor clients during onboarding and ownership changes.
• Build and maintain strong, meaningful client relationships.
• Provide expert support during critical moments in clients' financial journeys.
• Educate clients on Vanguard’s products and services to fulfill investment needs.
• Simplify complex processes to ensure a seamless client experience.
