Job summary

You’ll support clients through life’s big moments, from buying a home to retirement planning, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience. The role includes training, licensing support (Series 7/63) and a compensation package that reflects base pay plus potential bonuses; the total first-year package

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and client relationship management (CRM) skills.
• Customer-facing and/or inbound phone experience.
• Learner’s mindset and appetite for financial acumen.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of experience.
• Series 7 and 63 regulatory licenses/registrations per role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients via inbound calls to assist with a wide range of financial inquiries.
• Lead with empathy to uncover client needs and provide timely, accurate solutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve the client and crew experience.
• Support clients with account maintenance and related requests.
