Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with coursework in Information Technology or equivalent experience in computer technologies and peripherals.
• Two years' experience configuring client computers, hardware modifications, and software testing.

Responsibilities

• Participates in implementing computer hardware, peripherals, and software for site-specific or enterprise deployments.
• Supports complex system installations at the client OS and rollout level.
• Troubleshoots and resolves OS, hardware, software, and e-communications issues according to policy and security regs.
• Identifies recurring issues and escalates to appropriate IT teams.
• Sets up and installs hardware, software, updates, peripherals, and system components.
• Provides ongoing post-installation support and on-call coverage as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
