Job summary

The Panther Group is seeking a Client Technologies Specialist for a 12-month W2 contract based in Augusta, ME. This onsite role requires travel within 5 miles of Augusta and is open to local candidates only. Visa/third-party recruiter restrictions apply.

Primary duties include desktop support, equipment setup, inventory management, and user training. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in desktop support or help desk.
• Experience with inventory management.
• Experience with state government environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and assist with the New User Workshop that is held weekly for new users.
• Equipment setup (Laptops, docking stations, monitors, etc.).
• Maintain inventory log.
• Proactively assist end users with simple desktop support.
• Ensure that all work is documented for future reference.
