Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
• 2+ years experience in desktop technician role supporting Windows PCs and related applications.
• Experience with Stormont Vail Health IT is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PCs, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals in a timely, professional manner.
• Research and test new technology and make recommendations to IT initiatives.
• Provide instruction and mentorship to Help Desk staff.
• Perform advanced problem analysis for complex client issues beyond Help Desk scope.
• Lead or participate in strategic IT projects as assigned by Help Desk Manager.
