Qualifikationen

• Supervise daily operations of the Help Desk Call Center and provide call and ticket support.
• Ensure timely, professional service for incidents, access requests, and device support.
• Oversee service requests involving workforce access, changes, and remote work access.
• Direct account provisioning and access management for employees, providers, students, contractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate training for new staff and plan shift coverage.
• Provide technical guidance and escalation for staff.
• Prepare downtime communications and management reports.
• Identify process improvements and assist onboarding of new staff.
