Job summary

North Country is seeking a Field Support Technician to serve Bemidji, MN and Fargo, ND. You will learn POS systems, troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, and travel to client sites—company vehicle provided. What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone with hands‑on computer and technology experience who enjoys troubleshooting and working with hardware and software. Experience or familiarity with IT, networking, Wi‑Fi, computer hardware, and basic technical troubleshooting is a plus. If you’re comfortable working with technology, figuring out how things work, and solving problems, we’d love to hear from you!

Must Have

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Self‑motivated problem-solver who can troubleshoot issues independently.
• Networking fundamentals — understanding of basic networking concepts such as Ethernet, Wi‑Fi, IP addresses, routers, switches, and connectivity issues.
• Comfortable providing hands‑on technical support at client locations
