Responsibilities

• Diagnose client issues, gather details, and identify solutions or escalation paths.
• Educate customers on services, product enhancements, and best practices to maximize experience.
• Process online payments and document client interactions in internal systems.
• Partner with Operations and technical teams to investigate and resolve service-related concerns.
• Track and report recurring issues and client feedback to improve processes.
• Maintain understanding of banking products, payment services, and platform functionality.
