Job summary

Agility360 is seeking a Business Relationship Banker in Chandler, AZ to develop and manage relationships with HOA Property Management firms and community associations. This onsite contracting role focuses on understanding clients' needs and delivering tailored banking and treasury management solutions to support long-term growth.

• Experience in commercial banking, business banking or HOA/property management banking.
• Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships while delivering a high level of service.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with HOA Property Management firms and community association clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and responsive support.
• Consult with clients regarding banking products and treasury management solutions designed to improve operational efficiency and cash management.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships through additional deposit, payment, and cash management services.
• Partner with internal banking teams to deliver customized solutions that align with client objectives.
• Conduct regular business reviews and relationship meetings with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Proactively manage client retention efforts and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
• Monitor industry trends within the property management and HOA sectors to better support client needs.
• Participate in industry events, trade associations, and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence and generate new business relationships.
• Maintain a strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
