Job summary

Agility360 is seeking a Client Support Specialist in Chandler, AZ to assist homeowners and property management partners with online HOA banking and payment solutions. This onsite role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, guiding users through the platform, and resolving issues efficiently.

You will work across customer experience, banking operations, and digital payments, documenting interactions and collaborating with operations and tech teams to improve the user experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer support, client services, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication, clear and professional.
• Problem-solving mindset with calm, resourceful approach.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or in a team.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based platforms.
• Exposure to banking, payment processing, or technology support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients and homeowners via phone and email.
• Assist users with navigating online payment tools and platform features.
• Diagnose issues, gather details, and identify solutions or escalation paths.
• Educate customers on services, product enhancements, and best practices.
• Process online payments and document interactions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with Operations and technical teams to resolve issues.
• Track recurring issues and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Maintain understanding of banking products and digital platform functionality.
• Deliver empathetic, solution-focused service while managing priorities.
