Job summary

Isaiah House, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Client Support Specialist at the Oliva Center in Louisville, Kentucky. This role focuses on ensuring clients' needs are met and that participants follow program guidelines while staying safe.

You will collaborate with Programs and Medical staff, manage daily routines, transport clients to appointments, and maintain accurate paperwork and logs. Benefits include comprehensive insurance, 401(k) matching, paid holidays, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage conflicts effectively.
• Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment paths and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients through their daily schedule to maintain structure.
• Ensure clients attend all activities and are where they should be.
• Collaborate with Programs/Medical staff to support client care.
• Maintain client and facility safety by following policies and procedures.
• Transport clients to and from appointments.
• Handle intake/discharge transport as needed.
• Ensure safe transport for clients wishing to leave, per protocol.
• Maintain up-to-date paperwork and log books.
