Isaiah House Treatment Center is seeking a Client Support Specialist for the Oliva Center in Louisville, KY. The role focuses on meeting client needs and ensuring program rules are followed, while maintaining safety and order within the facility.

You will work closely with clinical and medical teams to support clients and transport to appointments, with duties including daily scheduling, logging, and adherence to policies. This is a full-time, on-site position in Louisville.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid Kentucky driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Lead clients through their daily schedule to maintain structure and routine.
• Ensure clients are where they are supposed to be at all times.
• Coordinate with Programs/Medical staff for care and safety.
• Maintain client/facility safety by following policies and procedures.
• Transport clients to and from appointments.
• Pick up and drop off of new intakes and discharges.
• Transport clients wishing to leave to a safe location as required.
• Keep all paperwork and logs up to date.

Client Support Specialist ensures that clients needs are met and that the clients are following the rules set forth in the program guidelines while ensuring their safety. They will complete task in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Job Specific Functions

• Maintain structure and routine by leading clients through their daily schedule
• Ensure clients are where they are supposed to be
• Work closely with Programs/Medical staff
• Maintain client/facility safety through follow through of company policy and procedure
• Driving clients to and from appointments
• Pick up and drop off of new intakes and discharges
• Ensure that any client wishing to leave, whether with or against staff advice, is transported to a safe location.
• Keep current all paperwork and operations related log books

Requirements
