Job summary

Trident Solutions is seeking a Client Services Representative to support customers and the outside sales team. You will prepare quotes, track orders, document approvals, and communicate with clients to ensure timely delivery.

Graphic design experience is preferred and helpful for creating custom graphics. You will work in a day shift, full-time, in Coatesville, PA, with benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage data across systems.
• Experience with database management, manufacturing software or accounting software.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
• Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator experience is beneficial.

The position’s primary responsibility is to support Trident Solutions customers and the outside sales force through the completion of quotes, order tracking, and client communication. This position will require an organized, independent, and proactive worker with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Graphic design experience is preferred.

Job Type & Benefits

• Full-Time: 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday
