The role emphasizes strong written and verbal communication, organizational focus, and a proactive approach to upselling and client Renewals when appropriate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, plus 1–3 years in a related role.
• Experience reading and interpreting documents and writing routine reports.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to speak before groups.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations and support region communications.
• Coordinate conference calls, region meetings and training sessions.
• Process expense reports and payables, manage regional directories.
• Assist payroll-related tasks and support unit openings and programs.
• Maintain timely completion of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
