You will serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, facilitating proactive communication between warehouse operations and clients to resolve issues and meet SLAs. The role requires at least two years of college and two years of business experience, with strong English communication, basic math, and proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of college completed.
• Experience delivering customer and personal services with focus on customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of routing, carriers, and compliance is a plus.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and warehouse management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact and trusted advisor for assigned customers, maintaining proactive communication and timely issue resolution.
• Process inbound/outbound paperwork, data entry, and reconciliations; address special requests and follow through.
• Invoice customers accurately and on time for all billing types; maintain organized billing files.
• Monitor order fulfillment end-to-end across warehouse and customer touchpoints.
• Ensure SLAs and compliance requirements are met, including portal routing and carrier scheduling.
• Run Non-Compliance Reports (NCR) in Salesforce and resolve discrepancies in records.
• Participate in new customer onboarding and ongoing process improvement reviews.
• Maintain and update Work Instructions and customer-facing correspondence regularly.
