Service Champions Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring a Client Support Specialist for our Pleasanton call center. You will handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, book appointments, and use a solutions-based approach to solve client needs.

The role requires at least 1 year of call center experience and strong sales and communication skills. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with ongoing training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year Call Center experience preferred.
• Strong sales experience and background preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and CRM systems.
• Must be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM.
• Exceptional phone and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to log call outcomes and schedule appointments accurately.
• Use leads to make outbound calls and upsell products/services.
• Strong judgment to resolve issues calmly and diplomatically.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite at Service Champions, Pleasanton Support Center.
• Handle outbound calls to existing customers.
• Book appointments at a high conversion rate.
• Use a solutions-based approach to solve client needs.
• Take inbound calls promptly from clients.
• Escalate customer concerns as needed.
• Achieve productivity goals while maintaining high quality.
