Job summary

Service Champions Heating Cooling Water Electrical NorCal in Pleasanton is seeking a Client Support Specialist for our Call Center team. You will handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, book appointments, and use a solutions-based approach to meet client needs.

This role requires strong call center and sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work evenings/weekends. We offer paid vacation, health plans, a 401k match, and ongoing training in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year Call Center experience preferred.
• Strong sales experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, CRM systems.
• Must type a minimum of 40 WPM with multiple monitors.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite at Service Champions, Pleasanton Support Center.
• Handle outbound calls to existing customers.
• Book appointments at a high conversion rate.
• Use a solutions-based approach to solve client needs.
• Accept inbound calls from clients, escalate concerns as needed.
• Achieve and exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality.
