• Process invoices, payments, credits, and customer account transactions
• Conduct credit checks and assist with financing documentation
• Communicate with customers, delivery teams, and other departments to ensure a smooth experience
• Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support as needed

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a professional and customer-focused Client Support Representative for a full-time opportunity with a locally owned furniture and home furnishings retailer. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, coordinating deliveries, and providing excellent service throughout the customer experience.

The Client Support Representative serves as a key point of contact for customers, assisting with product inquiries, delivery coordination, returns, and account support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Research inventory, product information, and replacement parts for customers
• Assist customers with missing or damaged items and help resolve concerns
• Coordinate furniture deliveries, pickups, exchanges, and returns
