Job summary

ADP is hiring an Associate Client Support Consultant (Spring 2026 Graduates). This role serves as the front-line for solving clients' challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, training users on ADP technology, and more, for clients with 1–49 employees.

You will work in a metrics-driven call center, build rapport with clients over the phone and in writing, and embody a culture of inclusion.

Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience.
  • Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
  • College degree is great but not required; practical skills prioritized.

Responsibilities

  • Provide client support, resolving payroll issues and answering questions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Train clients on ADP technology and collaborate with multiple business units.
  • Maintain a high-volume call center mindset with structured daily scheduling.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Responsibilities

What you can expect on a typical day:
  • Client Support. You will help our clients manage their businessusing our solutions, which could include troubleshooting and probing to resolve payroll issues. Support might also involve partnering with multiple business units and teams for troubleshooting and delivering a seamless client experience.
  • Learn. You will continually upgrade your knowledge and skills on payroll, includingfederal and statecompliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools to develop and maintain your ability to support our clients.
  • Organize. You adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of inbound calls. Daily phone time may increase during peak seasons, like at the close of the year.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

Required Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience.
  • You can work overtime hours during peak seasons.

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

  • Experience noted above, OR
  • Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through
