Job summary

Landtrust Title Services is seeking a Client Support Specialist to be the primary contact for agents, attorneys, lenders, and internal teams before and after closings. You will handle a wide range of title-related requests, respond to emails within two hours, and ensure accurate processing of CPLs and preliminary disclosures.

You will support attorney-based title transactions, track earnest money, process refunds, and coordinate with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to respond to emails within two hours.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for agents, attorneys, lenders, and internal team members regarding upcoming closings and title inquiries.
• Manage incoming requests in the shared inbox and provide prompt, professional responses.
• Prepare and issue Closing Protection Letters (CPLs) and other lender documents.
• Assist with New File Reviews in Resware and label documents accurately.
• Provide earnest money receipts and assist with refunds for cancelled transactions.
