Land Title Guarantee Company is seeking a Closing Processor to support our Colorado real estate closings. You will drive the closing process from start to finish, ordering title reports, resolving defects, and organizing all documents with precision.

You will coordinate daily activities, guide clients through the closing experience, and maintain strong client relationships. This in-office role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Model Land Title values and mentor peers
• Coordinate daily closing activities to exceed customer expectations
• Maintain strong client relationships and promptly answer inquiries
• Order title reports, resolve defects, and obtain clear title
• Prepare preliminary settlement statements and organize real estate and lender documents
• Proofread recording documents and perform notarial duties per guidelines
• Manage deposits, receipts, and cashier's checks and disburse funds
• Provide administrative support and maintain files and office supplies
• Represent Land Title at industry events and functions
