Jackson Hewitt in Salem, Oregon is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to be the friendly face and voice for our clients. You will handle outbound calls to follow up with previous and potential clients, respond to inbound calls for our tax preparers, and warmly welcome visitors in the office.
