Jackson Hewitt - HJI is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to be the friendly face and voice for our clients. In this role you will handle outbound and inbound calls, reconnect with previous clients and keep them engaged while providing timely, professional service.

The position supports our call center, offers flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement. Full-time and part-time options are available, with training and development provisions to grow in a customer-focused role.

• Basic computer proficiency and troubleshooting ability.

Responsibilities

• Inbound and outbound calls to follow up with clients and keep them engaged.
• Provide prompt, professional responses to callers, including tax preparers.
• Welcome visitors in the office and confirm appointments.
• Distribute marketing materials and assist with wait-times.
• Support call center operations as part of seasonal coverage.

You will take part in outbound calling efforts, contacting previous and potential clients to follow up, reconnect, and keep them engaged. You will also answer inbound calls, including calls for our tax preparers, and make sure every caller gets a prompt, professional response. In the office, you will welcome visitors, confirm appointments, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times. This is a seasonal role with an anticipated start date of November 30th 2026, and an anticipated end date of April 25, 2027.

What you need:
