You will actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times, contributing to a positive, efficient in-office environment.

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
