Jackson Hewitt - ACK is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to serve as the friendly face in our offices, delivering exceptional client experiences and providing essential support.

You will actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times. No prior background needed; all levels welcomed to learn and grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
