Jackson Hewitt - HJI is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate for our call center. You will handle inbound calls, participate in outbound outreach to reconnect with clients, and ensure every caller receives a prompt, professional response.

You will also welcome visitors, confirm appointments, and distribute marketing materials in the office, contributing to a positive client experience during the season.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from clients and support tax preparers.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up with previous or potential clients to keep them engaged.
• Greet visitors in the office, confirm appointments, and distribute marketing materials.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere and provide prompt responses to inquiries.
• Seasonal role with start date around November 30 2026 and end around April 25 2027.
