Job summary

Jackson Hewitt is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to serve as the friendly, on-site face at our local offices. You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, and provide essential client support while building relationships in a welcoming environment.

You will visit local shops and community locations to promote brand awareness, recruit talent, and expand our local reach using your market knowledge and social media skills. Strong communication and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Regularly visit local shops, events, and community locations to drive brand awareness and actively recruit new talent.
• Actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times.
• Build a strong local talent pipeline using your market knowledge and social media skills to expand reach.
