Jackson Hewitt - ETF is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to serve as the friendly face for clients visiting our offices. You will engage with customers, confirm appointments, and help distribute marketing materials while building strong client relationships.

Based in Donna, TX, you will visit local shops and events to drive brand awareness and recruit talent, leveraging social media to expand reach and sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Formación

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.

Responsabilidades

• Act as boots-on-the-ground ambassador visiting local shops, events and community locations to drive brand awareness.
• Recruit new talent and build a strong local talent pipeline using market knowledge and social media.
