Jackson Hewitt - FGG is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to be the friendly face at our offices and events. You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, and help with marketing efforts while building strong client relationships in a welcoming, customer-focused environment.

You’ll visit local shops and events to raise brand awareness, recruit talent, and support client needs with exceptional communication. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
