You will visit local shops and events to boost brand awareness, recruit talent, and keep clients engaged during wait times, with opportunities for advancement and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.

Responsibilities

• As boots-on-the-ground ambassador, regularly visit local shops, events, and community locations to drive brand awareness and recruit new talent.
• Leverage local market knowledge and social media skills to expand reach and build a talent pipeline.
• Join as Seasonal Client Support Associate and be the friendly face for offices, ensuring exceptional client experiences and essential support.
• Actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, and distribute marketing materials.
