Jackson Hewitt - FGG is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to provide friendly, client-focused service in our Brownwood, TX offices. You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, and support local recruitment efforts during busy seasonal periods.

You will visit shops and community locations to raise brand awareness and help build a strong talent pipeline. Excellent communication is essential for success in this welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role
