Jackson Hewitt - ETF is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate who thrives in a welcoming, customer service–oriented environment. You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with prospects, and distribute marketing materials.

As boots-on-the-ground ambassador, you will visit local shops, events and community locations to drive brand awareness, build a talent pipeline, and recruit new team members using social media.

Qualificações

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a boots-on-the-ground ambassador visiting local shops, events and community locations to drive brand awareness.
• Recruit new talent and build a strong talent pipeline in the local market.
• Engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with prospects, and distribute marketing materials.
• Keep clients engaged during wait times and provide essential support.
• Collaborate with team to ensure exceptional client experiences.
