Jackson Hewitt in Brownwood, TX is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to greet clients, confirm appointments, hand out marketing materials, and keep customers engaged while they wait. This on-site role emphasizes friendly service and clear communication.

You will visit local shops and events to grow the brand, leverage local market knowledge and social media to recruit talent, and help build a positive client journey with attentive, proactive support.

Responsibilities

• Be the boots-on-the-ground ambassador visiting local shops and events to drive brand awareness and recruit new talent.
• Regularly engage clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, and distribute marketing materials.
• Provide essential client support to ensure exceptional experiences while customers wait.
