Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - FGG seeks a Seasonal Client Support Associate to provide friendly client experiences and support at our local offices. You will recruit talent, engage clients, confirm appointments, and help manage wait times while representing the brand in the community.

You will visit local shops and events to expand reach, leverage market knowledge, and use social media to build a strong talent pipeline for future openings.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a boots-on-the-ground ambassador, visiting local shops and events to drive brand awareness.
• Recruit new talent and build a strong local candidate pipeline using social media and market knowledge.
• Engage with clients, confirm appointments, and follow up with past and potential clients.
• Distribute marketing materials and keep clients engaged during wait times.
