Jackson Hewitt is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to be the friendly face at our offices and events. You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, and distribute marketing materials while building strong relationships in the local market.

You will visit shops, events, and community locations to drive brand awareness and actively recruit new talent, leveraging your market knowledge and social media skills to expand our reach.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
