Jackson Hewitt in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to be the friendly face for clients visiting our offices and events. You will engage with customers, verify appointments, and distribute marketing materials.

You will build a local talent pipeline by visiting shops and events, leveraging social media to expand reach, while delivering excellent service and helping clients with tax-related questions.

Formación

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred but not required.
