Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in customer service or client support is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and other channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and accounts.
• Troubleshoot issues and route resolutions within service guidelines.
• Document interactions, requests, complaints, and resolutions in CRM.
• Assist with account setup, service requests, product navigation, and admin tasks.
• Monitor open requests and follow up for timely resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain clear, professional, empathetic communication throughout support.
• Identify recurring concerns and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Technical Support, and Account Management.
• Maintain records of communications, feedback, and support activities.
• Help clients understand services, features, and resources relevant to their needs.
• Follow service standards, data-handling procedures, and company policies.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and service improvements.
• Meet performance targets for response times, resolutions, and CSAT.
