The position supports a dynamic client roster, requires strong communication, and maintains confidentiality while contributing to operational effectiveness and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or related role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Willing to learn multiple client systems and workflows.
• Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates self-motivation.
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Daily phone and email communication with clients about inventory, account flow and procedures.
• Work with clients and internal departments to correct process errors and improve satisfaction.
• Identify and apply solutions to client questions and concerns.
• Submit insurance information to external client systems.
• Perform assigned tasks and duties to standard and within KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with legal, financial regulations and company policies.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of Protected Health Information (PHI).
