Job summary

RevCycle, Inc. is seeking a Collection Representative for a fully remote role. You will handle high-volume calls with patients who have past-due balances, negotiating payment arrangements and guiding resolutions with dignity and professionalism.

This role requires residency in select US states and onboarding steps including background checks. Training is paid; afterwards compensation becomes performance-based with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple software systems.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.
• Ability to overcome objections and negotiate payments.
• Willingness to obtain PCS certification within one year.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume outbound and inbound calls.
• Negotiate payment arrangements meeting consumer needs and company goals.
• Meet and exceed KPIs (call quality, compliance, collections).
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation, ensuring legal compliance.
• Use scripts and active listening to maximize recovery on each call.
• Safeguard sensitive information and stay within privacy regulations.
