937 Payroll is seeking a Client Success Specialist to support local business owners with payroll and HR needs, serve as primary contact for assigned clients, and ensure smooth operations. You will respond to questions, resolve routine issues, coordinate updates, troubleshoot problems, and keep clients informed of next steps.

The role emphasizes hospitality, ownership, and proactive service. A minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience and Bachelor’s Degree are required, with a Fundamental Payroll

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience solving problems, researching issues, communicating with clients, or working in payroll, HR, accounting, compliance, or customer service.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Fundamental Payroll Certification within the first 9 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to questions and resolve routine payroll and HR issues.
• Coordinate account updates and communicate clearly with clients.
• Troubleshoot problems and ensure clients always know what happens next.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll practices and prevent issues.
• Follow up with clients to ensure concerns are not forgotten.
• Collaborate with leadership to brainstorm service and process improvements.
