Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or related role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new customers on the Botsplash platform.
• Serve as a consultant to tailor solutions and resolve issues.
• Attend weekly client calls and review performance metrics.
• Relay customer feedback and pain points to internal teams.
• Create reports showing progress and informing strategy.
• Monitor customer health and churn risk.
• Manage support inquiries and tickets.
• Collaborate with Dev/Product to inform the roadmap.
• Assist with API integration projects.
• Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling or cross-selling.
