Job summary

Brand Bongo is seeking a Client Success Representative to onboard new clients and guide them through Care plans. You will monitor health signals and proactively solve friction, helping clients maximize their plan value.

You will educate clients on updates, reporting, and how to access new features. You will identify upgrade opportunities and collaborate with Support to ensure smooth, lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer success, account management, or client-facing ops.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Organized CRM habits and follow-through.
• Calm under pressure; client-first without being a doormat.
• Authorized to work remotely in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding and check-ins for website and Care clients.
• Monitor health signals and proactively solve friction.
• Educate clients on updates, reporting, and how to get the most from their plan.
• Identify upgrades (Care tiers, add-on services) without sleazy upselling.
• Partner with Support and Delivery so issues don't bounce forever.
