Job summary

Task Buddie is seeking a Client Success Specialist in Rochester, NY to manage relationships with new and existing clients, guiding onboarding and ensuring long-term retention. You will identify opportunities for account growth and support revenue through upsells and renewals.

You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact, coordinate with clients across onboarding milestones, and track activity in the CRM to drive satisfaction and expansion opportunities.

• Experience in client success, account management or sales roles preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
