The role serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and empathy to deliver timely, accurate support and build long-term relationships with a variety of clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor’s preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse clients.
• Experience in customer service or client support is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, live chat and other channels.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, policies and accounts.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions within service guidelines.
• Document interactions and resolutions in CRM or support systems.
• Assist with account setup, service requests, product navigation and admin tasks.
• Monitor open requests and follow up for timely resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain professional, empathetic communication throughout the process.
• Identify recurring concerns and suggest service improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and technical teams to meet client needs.
