• Collaborate with account managers to maximize value and identify opportunities within existing clients.
• Coordinate internal communications to keep stakeholders informed of client activities.
• Monitor service agreements and ensure client obligations are met.
• May conduct client training and service meetings at client sites.
• Represent IQVIA on external client projects and mentor junior staff.
