• B2B experience is required.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead team productivity and internal collaboration.
• Identify client needs to promote ProAct solutions.
• Conduct reviews on prescription benefits, trends, and costs.
• Assist in client implementation and employee orientation.
• Support renewal processes and contract administration.
• Coordinate on-site client meetings, health fairs, and events.
• Attend mandatory regulatory training and other duties as assigned.
