KPH Healthcare Services, Inc is seeking an Account Manager to act as the primary contact for ProAct clients, building strong relationships and leading team productivity through exceptional service and support.

The role involves regular onsite client meetings to review prescription plans and deliver cost containment recommendations, plus coordination of client education and renewal activities.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience coordinating onsite client meetings and presentations.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
• Champion the customer at all levels internally.
• Identify client needs to promote Pro Act solutions.
• Review prescription benefit trends and costs with clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and employee orientation.
• Support sales with value proposition discussions.
• Produce employee communications materials.
• Manage client renewal processes.
• Plan and run client education forums and events.
• Attend on-site service meetings and health fairs.
• Oversee contract administration.
• Coordinate trade shows and health fair participation.
• Complete mandatory regulatory training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
