Job summary

Foundation Risk Partners is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager for the Corporate Synergies team in the New York City Metro Region. This client-facing role manages day-to-day service, drives retention and growth, and collaborates with Sales, Account Management, and Underwriting to deliver value for assigned books of business.

Responsibilities include lifecycle management, annual planning, and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years account management in health and welfare carrier/broker required.
• State-specific Life & Health license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day service activities for a book of business.
• Support retention, satisfaction and growth through proactive relationship management and service delivery.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with Sales, Account Management and Underwriting.
