Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant post-secondary education preferred.
• 3–8 years of print experience plus 1–2 years in customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive client relationships across channels.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication with clients and team.
• Ensure open communication internally and externally throughout the job process.
• Provide top-notch customer service and respond to inquiries quickly.
• Manage quoting, production, and delivery to meet client objectives and deadlines.
• Generate multiple quotes daily and align with client requirements.
• Coordinate with production for routing and project tracking.
• Prepare and dispatch invoices within 1 business day with accuracy.
• Maintain PMS client repository and coordinate coverage with other account managers.
• Collaborate with Operations or Senior Account Managers on equipment capabilities.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and prospects; address needs using available resources.
• Source quotes and purchases from vendors and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle prepress files and optimize print processes within budget and time constraints.
• Guide clients in selecting materials, print, finishing, and shipping methods.
