Qualifications

• Comfortable learning CRM and ERP systems.
• Base salary $55,000–$70,000 commensurate with experience; Performance-based bonus program.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of established customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service throughout the order lifecycle.
• Review customer specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop solutions and ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate quotes, orders, pricing discussions, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Answer technical questions and help customers identify the best solutions for their applications.
• Monitor projects from initial inquiry through final shipment while ensuring a positive customer experience.
